Step 1: Access Your cPanel Account

1. Open your web browser and enter the URL for your cPanel. Typically, it's in the format https://yourdomain.com:2083, where "yourdomain.com" is your website's domain. (or through our portal)
2. Log in using your cPanel username and password. If you don't have this information, contact Our support Team.

Step 2: Locate the Email Section

1. Inside your cPanel, look for the "Email" section or a similar label. Click on it to access the email-related functions.

Step 3: Create an Email Address

1. In the "Email" section, you should see an option for "Email Accounts." Click on this option to begin the process of creating a new email address.

Step 4: Fill in Email Details

1. In the "Email Accounts" section, you will be prompted to enter the following information to set up your new email address:
   • Email: Enter the email address you want to create (e.g., "yourname@yourdomain.com").
   • Password: Create a strong password for this email account. You can use the built-in password generator for added security.
   • Mailbox Quota: Set the mailbox storage quota for the email address. This determines how much space the account can use for storing emails. You can choose an appropriate quota for your needs or leave it as the default.

Step 5: Create the Email Address

1. After filling in the email details, click the "Create Account" button. cPanel will validate your email address and create the necessary settings.

Step 6: Configure Email Client (Optional)

1. If you want to use an email client (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail) to access your new email account, you can configure it by following the client's setup instructions. You will need to enter the incoming and outgoing mail server information provided by your web host (Gander Web) during this setup.

Step 7: Access Webmail

1. To access your new email account via webmail, you can click the "Email Accounts" option in cPanel, locate your email address, and click the "Access Webmail" link next to it. This will open a webmail interface where you can send and receive emails online.
