How much does email hosting cost in the UK?
Email hosting in the UK starts at £2.50 a month with Gander Web: that's our Basic web hosting plan, which includes unlimited mailboxes and aliases on your own domain. Microsoft 365 is priced per user, per month and depends on the licence, so we quote it for your team size.
The three hosting plans are £2.50, £3.50 and £4.50 a month; storage is the only difference between them (1GB, 10GB or 25GB SSD), and email is unlimited on all three. There's no per-mailbox fee, no "email add-on", and the price you see is the price that renews. For Microsoft 365, tell us how many people need a mailbox and we'll give you a straight number.
Email that actually gets delivered
A mailbox is only half the job: the other half is making sure what you send lands in inboxes, not spam folders. That comes down to three DNS records: SPF (which servers may send as your domain), DKIM (a signature proving the message wasn't tampered with) and DMARC (what receivers should do when a message fails those checks). Mail providers treat unauthenticated domains with suspicion; skip these records and quotes and invoices quietly go missing.

Can I use my own domain for email?
Yes. That's the point of business email hosting. Both options put your email on a domain you own, so you send as [email protected] instead of a Gmail address. cPanel mailboxes are created on your domain in a couple of clicks, and Microsoft 365 is connected to your domain when we set it up. If you need name@yourdomain email that sends, receives and syncs to your phone, cPanel email included with hosting does the job from £2.50 a month. If your team lives in Outlook, Teams and shared calendars, or needs the desktop Office apps: that's Microsoft 365. Is my email hosted in the UK?
cPanel mailboxes live on our servers in UK data centres, so your mail stays in the UK. Microsoft 365 mailboxes live in Microsoft's cloud rather than on our hardware, but either way it's set up, managed and supported from Chesterfield.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail or my phone?
