Device management with Intune
Require passcodes and encryption, push out apps and settings, and see which laptops and phones are up to date.
Work data on personal phones, protected
Company email and files on a staff member's own phone sit inside protected apps. If they leave, we remove the work data and leave their photos alone.
Remote wipe for lost devices
A stolen laptop or phone can be wiped remotely, and blocked from your email and files straight away.
Defender for Business
Antivirus with detection and response on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android, managed from one place rather than a different product on each machine.
Safe Links and Safe Attachments
Links in email are checked when they're clicked, and attachments are opened in a sandbox before they reach the inbox.
Conditional access
Rules such as: only allow sign-ins from the UK, only from company devices, or ask for a second check from somewhere new. A correct password alone isn't enough.
Email archiving
An archive mailbox that grows up to 1.5 TB, so long-serving staff never hit a full inbox and old mail stays searchable.
Sensitivity labels and data loss prevention
Mark documents as confidential so they can't be forwarded outside the business, and stop card numbers or NI numbers being emailed out by mistake.
Windows Autopilot
A new laptop can be sent straight to a staff member. They sign in, and it sets itself up with your apps and security settings.

What it stops, day to day
Most of the time you won't notice Premium is there. These are the moments it earns its keep.
Premium only works if it's set up
Buying Business Premium doesn't switch most of its protection on. Intune, conditional access and Defender all start empty: no device rules, no sign-in policies, no devices enrolled. Left like that, you're paying Premium prices for Standard protection.
We set the policies up for your business, enrol your laptops and phones, and test that a lost device really can be wiped before you need it. One more thing: the protection only covers people with a Premium licence. Putting most of the team on Premium and a few on Basic leaves those few unprotected, so we'll talk that through rather than just quoting the cheapest mix.

Your domain, connected
We create your Microsoft 365 account and add the DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) so your mail arrives and doesn't land in spam.
Old email moved across
Mailboxes, contacts and calendars come over from Gmail, GoDaddy, 123 Reg, cPanel or wherever they are now. Read how the migration works.
Security policies set up
Multi-factor sign-in, conditional access rules, Safe Links and Safe Attachments, and data loss prevention, set for how your business works rather than left at the defaults.
Laptops and phones enrolled
We enrol company devices in Intune and Defender, protect work apps on personal phones, and test a remote wipe so you know it works.

How much is Microsoft 365 Business Premium?
£20.28 per user per month on an annual plan, or £24.34 on a rolling monthly plan. There's no VAT to add, because we're not VAT registered. Shared mailboxes such as info@ don't need a licence.
What's included in Business Premium?
Everything in Business Standard (desktop Office apps, a 100 GB mailbox, Teams and 1 TB of OneDrive), plus Intune device management, Defender for Business, Defender for Office 365 with Safe Links and Safe Attachments, conditional access, email archiving and data loss prevention.
How is Business Premium different from Business Standard?
Standard gives you the apps, email and storage. Premium adds the security and device management layer: control over which devices can reach company data, protection against phishing links and malicious attachments, and the ability to wipe a lost device.
Does Business Premium help with Cyber Essentials?
It covers several of the technical controls, including multi-factor sign-in, malware protection, keeping devices updated and secure configuration. It doesn't certify you on its own, but it makes the assessment much easier to pass when it's set up properly.
Can staff use their own phones for work email?
Yes. Intune can protect just the work apps on a personal phone, without managing the whole device. If someone leaves, we remove the company email and files and leave everything else alone.
Does it replace our antivirus?
Usually, yes. Defender for Business is antivirus with detection and response, managed centrally. Running two antivirus products together causes problems, so we'll check what's installed now and remove it cleanly.
Can I mix Premium with Basic or Standard?
You can, but the security features only protect people who hold a Premium licence. If one person on a cheaper plan can still reach company data from an unmanaged device, that's the gap an attacker uses, so we'll talk it through before you decide.
Can you move our existing email across?
Yes. We migrate mailboxes, contacts and calendars from Gmail, Google Workspace, GoDaddy, 123 Reg, cPanel hosting and most other providers, and we time the switch so you don't lose mail in between.
Is there a maximum number of users?
Business Premium covers up to 300 users. Above that you'd move to Microsoft 365 E3 or E5, which we can also supply.
